The cuisine of Podere Castellare is genuine cuisine that pampers its guests with dishes typical of the Tuscan tradition. From March to October the vegetables we use are those from our garden which is cared for with passion by the staff every day.
The products that make up the dishes are the result of a selection of the best agricultural realities of the surrounding countryside, a territory in which the love for food and good eating are the basis of each person's culture.
